About Us
Fishtail Restaurant and Bar is an old favorite with a new name and location. After almost a decade as Sagun Cafe, owner K.C Bikas decided to move to the new location at 57 Centennial Ave to offer customers a better dinning experience.
Fishtails new name is the English translation from 'Machhapuchhre', a mountain located in Nepal. The mountain is a part of the Annapura Himalayas of north central Nepal. Fishtail offers authentic Indian cuisine with a range of traditional starters, curries and biryanis across their lunch, dinner and takeaway menus. Traditional bread such as naan and roti are cooked to order in the restarants tandoori oven. Classic dishes such as rogan josh and tika masala, platters of mixed starters including samosas, sheh kebabs and onion bhaji, rice cooked with the customers choice of chicken, lamb or prawns are all available.

The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing. We especially enjoyed Wines, the Butter Chicken was some of the best we had KC was great even took photos so we could try to replicate at home.
